Unlike most companies online, we are a business run by players, for players. Our management has real personal experience and interest in power leveling characters and playing MMORPGs. This experience flows through to our hundreds of staff members, providing guidance when necessary to provide exceptional service second to none.

AAA Power Leveling services was started as a small operation. Created by Rob Bartlett, a gamer with a vision. After completing a year of general science at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada, and a 2 year Microcomputer Specialist program at the Grant MacEwan Community College in Edmonton, Rob was faced with the decision of what to do after he was done school.

Rob started a small Internet services company (AAA Internet Publishing, Inc.) while in school, but in 2001 while playing the game Dark Age of Camelot (DAOC), he came up with the idea to provide power leveling services for the game, helping players to advance their characters in the game far more quickly than they were able to on their own.

The initial plan was to make some money on the side to supplement the income from his Internet services company. Rob started with a couple of computers, leveling a single character at a time. It wasn't long before the services really caught on and Rob became a multi-tasking machine, upgrading his network to 4 computers, and simultaneously controlling up to 8 game accounts at once, including his own power leveling team and the clients' characters. At the time, the price was right and the money was pretty good.

Rob saw that the demand was there, and recognized the need to make partnerships and provide additional services on all of the servers that DAOC had to offer. It did not take long before Rob created the partnerships required to provide power leveling services on all the DAOC servers.

One of the next games Rob targeted was City of Heroes. Rob still did some orders on his own, but he soon found himself far too busy managing orders and obtaining business for his partners and it was no longer possible for him to provide these power leveling services himself.

In 2005, AAA Power Leveling services became PGMx. With the guidance of Frank Westall to aid with business development, PGMx now provides services for 15 different MMORPGs and we are always looking for the next best game. We have a network of hundreds of workers who have served thousands of repeat clients, even celebrities and we now also provide game currency and account sales. To manage it all, we have developed a custom order management system, providing quality, prompt service for our customers, second to none.

Our goals for the future include forming strategic partnerships and bringing in additional management and investors to help PGMx to grow exponentially. We plan to continue to be the premiere MMORPG services provider, in addition to diversifying our services to provide outsourcing opportunities for many different industries.
