Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I place an order with PGMx?
A. Click on the desired game, then server that you would like to buy our services for. Select the power leveling options and/or items that you would like to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. There is a separate page/tab for power leveling, items, currency and accounts for each server. You can only shop for orders on one server at a time. You can delete items from your shopping cart at any time by hitting "edit cart".

Once you are done shopping, hit the "check out" button and you will be asked for delivery information for your order and then given the choices for your payment options.
C. Once at the payment options screen, select the desired method of payment, and you will be taken to the appropriate place for that option. Currently the choices are Paypal(Visa/Mastercard/American Express, Discover/E-Check), and Credit Card through our Merchant Account(Visa/Mastercard/American Express, Discover)
D. If you choose Paypal, you will be taken to a Paypal page where you can use your existing Paypal account by clicking 'Send Money Now' on the page you are taken to, or you will be required to create a paypal account before choosing that option. If you choose the merchant account option, you will be taken to a page where you can securely enter your credit card information before clicking 'Send Order Information'.
E. Once your payment has been processed, you will be contacted via E-mail for any details required to complete your order.

2. How to check on my PGMx order or leave a message for my manager:
A. Log into your PGMx account at PGMx.com
B. Click on the "My Orders" link at the top of the page
C. Hit "Search"
D. Click on the order you would like to review or leave a message for.

3. How long will my order take?
A. We start most power leveling / PvP orders in less than 12 hours. The time estimates provided are RAW time, if we are working on your account for 12 hours per day, the time to complete will be 2x in actual days.
B. Delivery for currency orders is dependent on supply. Most deliveries can be made in a few hours at most. Occasionally delivery may take longer, if we cannot deliver in a reasonable amount of time, a refund is no problem.

4. Why do I have to verify my PGMx account? (phone.asp)
This is one of our steps to help prevent fraudulent orders. It is an automated phone call and it only takes a few moments to complete. Because we are calling your phone, you will not be charged long distance for the call. International clients please remember to include + before the number.

5. I have already verified my PGMx account, why won't you complete my order? If you are an international client, or if you used a VOIP phone to verify your PGMx account, we may request additional information to prove your identity before we can do business.

6. Why is my credit card being declined?
In most cases, we can't tell you this, it is best to call the issuing bank for your card, whose 800 phone number should be on the back of your card.

7. Do you offer a guarantee or refunds?
If we do not complete your order, we will provide you with a credit (which can be spent at PGMx) or a refund for the incomplete portion of your order.

8. Is this business safe / legal?
We are helping you to cheat your favorite game, you are paying us for our time to help you to do this. Our service is legal, but it is not endorsed by the game company. We take significant proprietary precautions with every order, less than 1% of our clients ever have problems while using our services.

9. Do you protect my personal / payment information?
A. PGMx takes the protection of our clients' personal information very seriously. We have systems in place to screen orders for anything out of the ordinary, an administrator will have access to this information for this purpose.
B. Your order manager only has access to the details needed to process your order. Your personal information is kept private and confidential. We will not give or sell your personal details to anyone unless required by law.
C. We do not have access to your payment and/or credit card information. These details are only handled by our payment processors, we do not store your payment and/or credit card information on any of our computers.

10. What happens if my game account gets hacked or closed?
We do take significant precautions with every client's account, but it is still possible that an account may get hacked or banned during or after our services if our security recommendations are not followed. Although we do what we can to minimize these problems, this is something that is out of our control and we must still pay our workers. A partial refund for the incomplete work will be provided.
A. If your account is hacked, we recommend immediately using the password recovery tool i.e. http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/loginsupport/password.html (new window) to assign a new password. Then, contact account support for the game publisher to inform them about the issue and ask them to restore the account to the previous status.
B. If your account was closed or suspended, we recommend contacting the game publisher and ask them what is happening. You must act completely ignorant or they might get suspicious. Lately the game publisher for World of Warcraft has been watching for account sharing. If you share your account details with a company you can't trust, you risk your account being suspended or banned. PGMx is the first and only company to offer a custom software solution to prevent detection of account sharing and keep your account safe. Frankly, if you use anyone else, you are gambling with your game account.

11. What can I do to help protect the security of my game account?
Ensuring that your game account is protected is our top priority. We are here to help you have fun, hopefully for months or even years to come. Thanks to the proprietary precautions that we take, less than 1% of our clients ever have problems with their accounts while using our services. Here are our recommendations to help protect your game account:
A. Choose a company that you know you can trust. Avoid anonymous services. Choose a company who you know takes significant precautions to protect your account.
B. Change your account password often, especially before/after using power leveling services or sharing your account details. Use auto-complete and/or a utility that helps remember your passwords to help protect against keyloggers. Make sure that the service you are using does not store passwords on their server.
C. Check your computer for viruses/spyware often.
D. Lately the game publisher for World of Warcraft has been watching for account sharing. If you share your account details with a company you can't trust, you risk your account being suspended or banned.
